There is a clear urgency to create the US Space Force.
It will "not be built from scratch", per vice president Pence. It will have its own "four flag" commander and an "elite group of fighters". We will "deliver the cutting edge war fighting capabilities faster than our adversaries could ever imagine, said Pence.
